Background
Open Stage Productions was set up in 2001 by Gillian Twaite to create new and exciting work in a variety of venues. Coming from a Theatre in Education and experimental/ integrated Arts background Gillian wanted to make and bring innovative Drama/Theatre based projects to schools and local communities.
Since 2001 the company has both produced shows and worked alongside a range of educational and arts organisations to develop creative learning.

LATEST NEWS
The company with support from Arts Council England has recently developed Don’t Blame it on the Wolf a new musical show For Children and their Families which had its premiere on 16th & 17th October 2009 at Birmingham Library Theatre. The company plans to tour this show in Spring 2011.
